Terms for the OGS Diagnostic and Decision Engine.

What OGS provides

The free Diagnostic identifies a possible structural constraint from the answers you provide. The Decision Engine, when offered after diagnosis, is a $97 one-time digital implementation path. It is not property management, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Control Layer is not an active product or service under these terms.

Payment and access

Payment is processed by the applicable checkout provider under the terms displayed at checkout. After confirmed payment, access instructions are delivered through the existing OGS member path. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for maintaining the security of any access credentials issued to you.

Refund posture

There is no general satisfaction guarantee. Refunds are available for duplicate charges, erroneous charges, or a purchased product that cannot be delivered or accessed. Otherwise, sales are final, subject to applicable law. Permitted use and intellectual property

OGS grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for that purchaser’s own operation. You may not reproduce, resell, share, publish, sublicense, or create a competing product from OGS materials without written permission from OGS.

No income guarantee and your responsibility

OGS does not guarantee bookings, revenue, income stability, or any other operating result. You remain responsible for your property, pricing, operations, compliance, and implementation decisions. See the Income Disclaimer for further context.

Limitation and contact

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, OGS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Diagnostic or Decision Engine.
